What the LaserPecker LX2 can make
The LaserPecker LX2 is a diode laser engraver: its blue laser engraves and cuts wood, plywood, leather, paper, cardboard, fabric and dark or opaque acrylic, and marks coated or painted metal. It cannot cut clear or blue acrylic, which lets blue light through, and bare metal needs far more power or a different laser.
It has a work area of 500 × 305 mm (19.7 × 12 in) and a top engraving speed of 1,000 mm/s.
The brand states that it cuts up to 3 mm of wood or plywood; thicker material takes several passes, and results depend on the material and air assist.
